Tag As FavoriteComment		This is one of those art works wherein the title says it all! The image was in my mind one Halloween night, and I decided to 'lay it to rest' by putting it down on paper. It is the eve before Halloween and by the soft light of a hazy full moon, a very determined small chubby witch has decided that she will bring the best JOL pumpkin home even if she has to drag him all the way. Note her scrunched up little face! All the little witches and warlocks are counting on her to bring home a huge one! A concerned ghost hovers overhead keeping her company while a dark tree with glowing eyes and mouth look on at the scene. The huge JOL literally glows in this small whimsical scene. I had so much fun working on this one--guess it shows! Done on thick acid-free Arches watercolor paper--ink and watercolor media.

I use to own over 50 prints of jade’s, some were originals. They were all stolen when my house was invaded. Jade, if you see this, I use to be copserhead!!!
