Tag As FavoriteComment		Another inspiration from the 1940's--a platinum blonde mermaid!! If she reminds you of someone famous--it's purely coincidental. A tranquil scene showing my mermaid bedecked in jewels all the way to her tail--leaning sultrily on a huge coral encrusted with precious metals that houses a chubby, beautifully colored fish! She looks like she is contemplating something as evidenced by her pouty sexy lips and heavy lidded eyes! Platinum blonde hair, of course--and a luscious exotic looking coral pink tail ending in a tail fin that any mermaid would love to have! Two other chubby fishes look on as they swim close by. This was done in watercolor, ink, with a touch of acrylic on thick acid-free watercolor paper.

I have a question... I’m not criticizing your AMAZING work, but I can’t really tell where her tail is coming from...her neck is in the middle of the picture, but her tail is in the bottom right of the picture...how does that work?
