I've done his split or double tail(as they are called) in a sort of cami-style design inspired by fatigues worn by the military. He's a warrior of the deep with dark hair and sea-blue eyes-a bit on the 'shy' side---maybe out on liberty? ^_~ His sidekick--a mischievous looking sea fairy!
